Do stairs cost extra?

We charge by the hour, so there is no separate stair fee. Stairs and long carries do add time, which is why we ask about access when you request a reservation.

Can you move furniture that does not fit through the door?

Many items fit once legs, doors, or headboards are removed, which our crew can do with our basic toolset. Some oversized pieces may not fit a particular doorway or stairwell at all; we will tell you honestly if we think that is the case.

My building requires a certificate of insurance. Can you provide one?
